How Not to Address a Judge

I would think that poor litigant behavior would be a staple on the People’s Court. However, this clip is a little different. In it a law student displays a complete lack of professionalism before the judge.

Part of being a successful litigator is learning to control your temper. If you do not learn this skill, opposing counsel may use your own temper against you.
